We organize your transactions using the categories you or your accountant specify. This ensures your totals match exactly what your accountant needs.

Step 5 — Final Summary Package
You receive a clean spreadsheet or PDF with totals, notes, and a neatly organized download folder containing all your documents.

Step 6 — Secure Deletion
Once you confirm receipt, we delete your data from our system for privacy and peace of mind.
